This interior design project was built on the installations of  of HCTC (Hospitality and Catering training Center), an NGO that offers a hospitality program to underprivileged children on the Thai-Burma border.

The library is divided in three areas; reading, studying and computers. We use one main material to build all the furniture as a starting point including recycled timber coming from old dismantled pallets.

The design is approached from this constrain, all the pieces have similar sizes, one meter approximately, and they  can be used from the structure of a sofa to a lamp. Despite the lower quality of this kind of timber, with the proper treatment it can be long lasting if its kept on an interior space.
